Good evening Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage of tonight's edition of WWE Smackdown! Live!
-We open the show with a video package for Dolph Ziggler's attack on Kofi Kingston last week.
Kofi Kingston vs Kevin Owens
Kevin attacks Kofi as soon as the match starts and stomps him before Kofi takes him down and hits him with right hands. Kevin then slams the back of Kofi's head into the mat before playing to the crowd as we go to commercial.
Kevin hits a running senton and clotheslines Kofi before slamming his head into the mat again and Kofi kicks him away when he goes for a submission. Kofi sends Kevin over the top rope and down onto the floor before hitting a senton to the outside, Kofi rolling Kevin back into the ring before they counter each other's finishers. Kofi then hits an SOS for a near fall before Kevin launches Kofi off of the top turnbuckle and to the floor as we go to commercial.
Kevin is in control of Kofi as we return to the action where he tosses Kofi out of the ring and hits a diving splash off of the apron before hitting a splash back in the ring for a near fall. Kofi catches Kevin up top and Kevin counters an attempted superplex into a flipping senton for a near fall. Kofi then counters the pop-up powerbomb into the Trouble in Paradise for the pin and the win.
Winner: Kofi Kingston defeats Kevin Owens via pinfall with the Trouble in Paradise.
-The Smackdown! Tag Team champions Daniel Bryan and Rowan are interviewed in the ring and Daniel talks about how the division is a joke and that they have no competition before they're interrupted by Heavy Machinery. Heavy Machinery then get ready for a match before a referee gets into the ring and Daniel and Rowan accept the match for another time before leaving.
Carmella vs Mandy Rose
Mandy mocks Carmella before she takes her down and slams her head into the mat before stomping her in the corner. Mandy sends Carmella into the turnbuckle and stomps her before hitting a snap mare into a rear chin lock before dropping Carmella with a running knee for a near fall. Carmella then comes back with a huricanrrana and a bronco buster for a near fall before Sonya distracts Carmella and Mandy rolls her up for the pin and the win.
Winner: Mandy Rose defeats Carmella via pinfall with a roll up.
-Shane McMahon, Elias and Drew McIntyre come out to the ring for what Shane is calling Shane McMahon appreciation day. Shane talks about everything he's done since he came back to the WWE and his match against Roman Reigns at the Super Showdown.
-R-Truth comes out of nowhere and defends his 24/7 Championship against Drake Maverick before Elias, Shane and Drew attack him.

Elias immediately attacks Drake and R-Truth pins him for the win.
Winner: R-Truth retains his WWE 24/7 championship by defeating Drake Maverick via pinfall.

R-Truth vs Elias
Elias immediately hits R-Truth with his finisher for the pin and the win.
Winner: Elias defeats R-Truth via pinfall to become the new WWE 24/7 champion.
Bayley vs Lacey Evans
They lock up and Bayley backs Lacey into the ropes before Bayley gets a two count off of a roll up and drops Lacey with a knee for a two count. Lacey comes back with a slingshot elbow drop for a two count and sends Bayley out of the ring as we go to commercial.
Lacey stomps Bayley in the corner and hits a hand stand bronco buster for a two count before Bayley dropkicks Lacey and clotheslines her before shoving Charlotte at ringside. Lacey then rolls Bayley up for a near fall before Bayley turns it over and pins Lacey for the win.
Winner: Bayley defeats Lacey Evans via pinfall.
-After the match Lacey attacks Charlotte before Charlotte lays her out with a boot.
-We get an extended video package for Triple H versus Randy Orton for the Super Showdown.
R-Truth & Roman Reigns vs Drew McIntyre & Elias
Drew and Elias attack R-Truth when he's coming out to the ring before Roman tosses Elias in the ring and the match starts. Shane distracts Roman at ringside and Elias attacks him from behind before Drew comes in and stomps on Roman and his hand. Drew suplexes Roman for a quick two count as R-Truth crawls onto the apron and Roman hits a Samoan drop to Elias. Truth gets the tag and takes out Elias at ringside before Drew hits him with the Glasgow Kiss and tosses him out of the ring before taking him out as we go to commercial.
We return to Elias and Drew tagging in and out and brutalizing R-Truth until he finally gets the tag to the Roman and Roman clotheslines Elias before knocking Drew off of the apron. Roman then drops Elias with a boot and hits Drew with a superman punch before hitting Elias with a drive by dropkick and spears Elias for the pin and the win.
Winner: Roman Reigns and R-Truth defeat Elias and Drew McIntyre via pinfall when Roman pins Elias with a spear.
