This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of WWE Smackdown! Live! Tonight we have an action packed show as in our main event Shinsuke Nakamura will face Kevin Owens for the first time ever, AJ Styles will take on Dolph Ziggler and The New Day make their in ring debut! -We open the show with Shane coming down to the ring which is full of the women's division. Shane talks about the women's money in the bank match and the six woman tag match before unveiling the money in the bank briefcase which is a plain gold as opposed to the blue or green the guys have. Each woman says they're going to win before Lana comes out to the ring. Lana says that she wants in the match before Naomi laughs and mocks her before Lana says she can beat her. Lana wants a title shot, but Shane refuses, then she leaves before we go to commercial.
Charlotte, Naomi & Becky Lynch vs Natalya, Carmella & Tamina
Charlotte and Natalya start it off with Charlotte in control, backing her into their corner and tagging in Becky. Natalya tags in Carmella before Becky rolls her around the ring like Liv Morgan. Carmella sends Becky to the floor before Natalya clotheslines as we go to commercial.
Natalya backs Becky into her corner as we come back from commercial, Natalya quickly tagging in Tamina who beats on Becky before putting her in a headlock that she's quick to get out of. Tamina drops her again and gets a quick two count before tagging Natalya back in, Natalya smashing her face into the mat repeatedly before hitting a falcon arrow for a near fall. Natalya tags in Carmella who knocks Charlotte off of the apron before Becky tags in Naomi who takes out Carmella. Everyone gets in the ring as Lana comes back to ringside before she distracts Naomi, then yanks her feet out from under her. Once she recovers Tamina drops her with a lariat for the pin and the win.
Winner: Natalya, Carmella & Tamina via pinfall
AJ Styles vs Dolph Ziggler
They start the match by grappling for a series of quick two counts before AJ hits Dolph with a series of strikes only to get dropkicked for a quick two count as we go to commercial.
They exchange right hands before AJ drops Dolph with a clothesline, then Dolph counters an ushigaroshi into a famouser for a near fall. Dolph sets AJ on the top rope before AJ counters when he goes for a superplex, then AJ hits The Styles Clash for the pin and the win after Dolph counters The Phenomenal Forearm twice.
Winner: AJ Styles via pinfall
-We get Fashion Police segment before we see New Day making their way into their office. The New Day introduce themselves, but Breezango aren't happy to see them, but end up giving them boxes of stuff they want to get rid of including The Usos merchandise.
Mojo Rawley vs Jinder Mahal
Mojo is all over Jinder to start the match, Mojo sending him out of the ring repeatedly with brute strength before the Singhs distract him and Jinder capitalizes and drops him with a thrust kick. Mojo fights out of a headlock and drops Jinder repeatedly before hitting a splash in the corner before Jinder rakes his eyes. Jinder then tosses him onto the ring post before hitting his finisher for the pin and the win.
Winner: Jinder Mahal via pinfall
New Day vs The Colons
Woods is in control early until the Colons start tagging in and out, then Xavier tags in E before they put both of them in an octopus stretch. They send them out of the ring before Xavier plays the trumpet as we go to commercial.
Primo is in control of Xavier as we come back from commercial until Xavier hits a missile dropkick, then tags in E who takes out both of the Colons with suplexes before hitting a splash, then Xavier and E hit Midnight Hour for the pin and the win.
Winner: New Day via pinfall
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Kevin Owens
Shinsuke starts the match off by kicking Kevin's legs before Kevin puts him in a wrist lock that he flips out of, then tells Kevin to bring it before dropping him and sending him out of the ring and to the floor with a series of kicks as we go to commercial.
Kevin is in control as we come back from commercial, keeping Shinsuke grounded as we see how he hit a fall away suplex into the barricade during the commercial break. Shinsuke fights out of a headlock only to be DDT'd for a quick two count before Kevin puts him in another headlock. Shinsuke fights out of it and they exchange forearms before he hits a shining wizard and a series of kicks. Shinsuke hits the double running knees in the corner before Kevin counters a reverse exploder suplex into an attempted superplex, but Shinsuke fights him off before Kevin pulls him down and hits a cannonball. Shinsuke hits the reverse exploder suplex into the Kinshasa for the pin and the win.
