Live Coverage.

- After a video package narrated by Meek Mill, a performance of “God Bless America” by War & Treaty, and Stephanie McMahon cutting a promo saying that she was proud of WrestleMania XL as the start of the Paul Levesque Era, the broadcast team of Michael Cole, Pat McAfee, Corey Graves & special guest commentator CM Punk welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match.

Seth Rollins (c) vs. Drew McIntyre.

McIntyre started things hot, connecting Rollins immediately with a Claymore to try and pick up the win, but Rollins kicked out before rolling out of the ring. McIntyre attacked Rollins’s legs outside before hitting an overhead Suplex on Rollins, which he followed by tweeting the following on Twitter/ X: “Bored at work. LOL!”. McIntyre & Rollins got back in the ring, but Rollins caught McIntyre with a Curb Stomp with his Nike Fear of God 1 Sneaker to try and get the pin, but McIntyre kicked out. Rollins went for a Pedigree to end proceedings, but McIntyre responded with a backdrop.

Rollins & McIntyre exchanged punches and chops before Rollins hit a thrust kick, but McIntyre responded with the Glasgow kiss and a neckbreaker. McIntyre went for another Claymore, but Rollins caught him and hit a Liger Bomb before hitting a Pedigree and followed by hitting a second Curb Stop to try and pick up the win, but McIntyre kicked out. Rollins went for a Super Curb Stomp, but McIntyre before hitting the Future Shock DDT on Rollins, but Rollins kicked out. Rollins reversed McIntyre’s GTS attempt with a pin, but McIntyre kicked out and hit a second Claymore to try and pick up the win, but Rollins kicked out at two.

McIntyre rolled out of the ring and dismantled the broadcast table while staring daggers at CM Punk. McIntyre then picked Rollins up, but Rollins escaped McIntyre’s grasp and then hit a Curb Stomp on McIntyre onto the broadcast table. Rollins got McIntyre back in the ring to answer quickly, but McIntyre immediately snapped up and hit a third Claymore on Rollins for a near fall. Rollins tried to power back up and demanded more from McIntyre, to which McIntyre responded by hitting the Claymore on Rollins of the win. McIntyre finally won a world title in front of WWE fans and is, once again, a world champion.

Winner & NEW WWE World Heavyweight Champion: Drew McIntyre.

- McIntyre celebrated with his spouse before confronting CM Punk and promising to end CM Punk's career. CM Punk took offense to this and took his arm brace off before stomping him down at ringside. Damian Priest saw the opening and attacked McIntyre before cashing in his Money In The Bank contract.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match.

Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Damian Priest.

Priest picked McIntyre up and hit the South of Heaven Chokeslam for the win, becoming the new champion. Priest celebrated with Judgment Day after the match on the ramp.

Philadelphia Street Fight.

Bobby Lashley & Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) (w/ B-Fab) vs. The Final Testament (Karrion Kross, Akam & Rezar) (w/ Scarlett & Paul Ellering).

Snoop Dogg was a special guest commentator for the match while Bubba Ray Dudley was the special guest referee.

The match began with all six men brawling in the center of the ring before Dawkins & Ford pulled out a table from under the ring. AOP & Kross attacked Dawkins & Ford before surrounding the ring and attacking Lashley with kendo sticks in the ring. Kross then got a chair before hitting a neckbreaker on Lashley onto the chair to get a pin, but Dawkins broke the pin. AOP continued to attack Dawkins with a kendo stick while Kross swung a kendo stick at Ford while he dove off the top rope.

AOP then picked up Dawkins & Ford before hitting them with the Super Collider to try and pick up the win, B-Fab broke the pin before Scarlett attacked B-Fab with a trash can. AOP went for another Super Collider, but Lashley stopped them before hitting a Flatliner on Kross. Lashley then hit an overhead Suplex while Dawkins hit a double POUNCE on AOP before Ford hit a Tope Con Giro on both members of AOP.

Lashley then hit a choke slam on Kross onto a chair before Scarlett attacked Lashley with the Kendo Stick. B-Fab hit a Pump Kick on Scarlett before sending her crashing with a Russian Leg Sweep to a table on the outside. Kross then picked up Lashley and hit a Saito Suplex before spiking Lashley with a DDT onto a chair. Kross then confronted Bubba Ray, to which Lashley responded by hitting a Spear on Kross before Dawkins & Ford hit the Dudley Nutcracker. After a table accidentally broke, Ford & Dawkins picked up another table before Ford hit Kross with a Frog Splash through the table for Lashley to pick up the win.

Winners: Bobby Lashley & Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins).

- There was a video package recapping Roman Reigns & Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson defeating Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins on Night One of WrestleMania XL.

- Paul Heyman explained that the rules for the Bloodline Rules match was that anything goes with no disqualification and was one fall to a finish until there is a definite winner. Heyman said that Roman Reigns would retain tonight while Cody Rhodes would go to Brandi Rhodes empty-handed.

AJ Styles vs. LA Knight.

Styles sprinted to the ring and immediately exchanged punches with Knight to begin the match, but Knight responded by tossing Styles out of the ring before hitting a dropkick through the top & middle ropes. Knight slammed Styles’s head repeatedly onto the broadcast table as the crowd chanted “YEAH” with the head bounces before he headed back into the ring. Styles attacked Knight’s leg before hitting a chop block and a knee drop on Knight’s right knee. Knight tried to fight back, but Styles continued to aim Knight’s left leg before hitting a knee breaker on Knight.

Knight hit an uptick on Styles and hit a Sunset Flip before hitting two lariats, a Russian Leg Sweep, and a series of stomps on Knight in the corner followed by a running knee strike to Styles to the corner before connecting a springboard Tornado DDT for a near fall on Styles. Knight went for a Superplex on Styles but Styles got off the top rope and slammed Knight’s face onto the top turnbuckle before hitting a Faceslam on Knight for a near fall. Styles climbed to the top rope, but Knight intercepted him and continued to lay in the strikes on Styles. Styles punched Knight off the top rope, but Knight leaped to the top rope before hitting an Avalanche German Suplex on Styles for a near fall. Knight picked Styles up, but Styles rolled Knight to the center of the mat by locking in the Calf-Crusher, but Knight managed to get a rope break.

Styles got out of the ring and slammed Knight’s injured left leg into the ring post before hitting a running dropkick on Knight’s knee. Knight slammed Styles’s head into the ring post before stripping down the padding of the ringside floor. Styles went for a Powerbomb on Styles but Styles reversed it with a backdrop onto the exposed floor. Styles tried to pick up the count-out win, but Styles rolled back into the ring. Styles then went for a Springboard 450 Splash, but Knight blocked the move with his knees. Knight & Styles exchanged strikes before Styles hit a Pele Kick. Styles went for the Phenomenal Forearm, but Knight evaded and tried to go for BFT, but Styles. Styles went for the Styles Clash, but Knight evaded and tossed Styles to the apron. Styles went for the Phenomenal Forearm, but Knight moved the rope to make him lose his balance before catching him with the BFT for the win.

Winner: LA Knight.

- The 2024 Class of the WWE Hall of Fame was given honors for the crowd. The class consisted of Bull Nakano, Thunderbolt Patterson, Lia Maivia, Muhammad Ali, The US Express (Barry Windham & Mike Rotunda) & Paul Heyman.

WWE United States Championship Match.

Logan Paul (c) vs. Kevin Owens vs. Randy Orton.

The match began with Paul rolling out of the ring to evade Owens & Orton. Owens & Orton refused and met Paul outside of the ring as they ganged up against the United States Champion before Orton hit the Singh Bomb on Paul to the broadcast table, to which Owens responded by hitting a Singh Bomb of his own on Paul. Orton was not impressed and hit another Singh Bomb on Paul to the broadcast table. Back in the ring, Owens went for a Back Drop Driver on Paul, but Paul landed on his feet and pushed Owens onto Orton. Orton understood the situation before he & Owens went back to attacking Paul in the center of the ring before Orton & Owens hit an Elbow Strike/ Seton combo on Paul. Orton & Owens went for a double pin, but they were bamboozled. Orton went for an RKO on Owens, but Owens blocked. Orton immediately regretted the decision before they agreed to have a respectful brawl, but Paul got back up and caught both Orton & Owens with a double-Buckshot Lariat.

Paul dominated the match, stomping down Orton & Owens. Owens stacked Paul & Orton on the corner before hitting a Double Cannonball on Paul & Orton. Owens went for a Swanton Bomb on Paul, but Paul blocked it with his knees before hitting a Swanton Bomb on Owens and hitting a Rolling Splash on Orton for a near fall. Orton & Paul exchanged uppercuts before Paul neutralized Orton and hit a punch to Orton’s ribs, but Orton responded by racking Paul’s eyes and tossing him out of the ring. Orton hit two lariats and a Powerslam before getting Owens on the apron for a Draping DDT, but Paul caught Orton with a jab. Paul went for another Buckshot Lariat, but Orton caught him with a Powerslam before Orton hit a double-draping DDT on Paul & Owens. Orton went for an RKO on Paul, but Owens caught Orton & Paul with consecutive thrust kicks before hitting a Codebreaker/ Seton combo on both Orton & Paul.

Owens got to the top rope, but Orton caught him. Pau got involved and went for a Tower of Doom on Orton & Owens, but Orton punched down Paul. Owens then dropped Orton off the top rope before hitting an Avalanche Jackhammer on Paul, followed by a Moonsault on Paul for a near fall. Orton got back in the ring and went for an RKO, but Owens evaded. Owens went for a Stunner, but Orton evaded and hit an RKO on Owens to try and pick up the win, but Owens kicked out before rolling out of the ring. Paul got back in the ring with the brass knuckles and went for a jab, but Orton evaded. Orton tried to take the knuckles off Paul, but Paul evaded and punched Orton with the brass knuckles before trying to go for a pin, but Orton kicked out.

Paul punched Owens on the abdomen and the jaw on the apron before going for another jab, but Orton responded with an RKO. Orton regained conscience and took the brass knuckles away from Paul before he gave them back to the referee, instead aiming to go for something worse. Orton went for the Punt on Paul, but the man disguised as a Prime Bottle pulled Paul out of the ring. The Prime bottle was revealed to be IShowSpeed. IShowSpeed was booted by Orton before getting hit with an RKO onto the broadcast table. Paul took advantage of the distraction and tossed Orton back in the ring and went for a Frog Splash, but Orton evaded before Owens got back in the ring and hit a Pop-Up Powerbomb on Paul and a Stunner on Orton for a near fall. Owens went for a Pop-Up Powerbomb on Orton, but Orton reversed it with an RKO. Orton was about to go for the pin, but Paul tossed Orton to the ring post before hitting a Frog Splash on Owens for the win.

Winner & Still WWE United States Champion: Logan Paul.

WWE Women's Championship Match.

Iyo Sky (c) vs. Bayley.

Bayley & Iyo Sky kicked off the semi-main event locking up before Bayley got a headlock takedown on Sky, but Sky rolled out of the ring. Bayley & Sky locked up again, but Sky responded by tossing Bayley out of the ring. Sky & Bayley locked up again before the two rolled out of the ring, with Sky slamming Bayley’s head into the apron. Back in the ring, Sky hit a backflip before hitting a dropkick on Bayley. Sky went for a Tope on Sky, but Bayley caught her and hit a Stunner through the ropes on Sky before hitting a Tope Suicida on Sky to the outside. Bayley got Sky back in the ring and went for a pin, but Sky kicked out and rolled out of the ring. Bayley went for a drop-kick on Sky through the ring post, but Sky neutralized before locking in a heel hook on Bayley through the ropes. Back in the ring, Sky got Bayley wrapped in the corner before hitting a Hanging Dragon Screw on Bayley, which he followed by hitting a Cazadora into a Double Stomp on Bayley, sending Bayley out of the ring.

Bayley & Sky brawled outside of the ring, where Bayley tossed Sky over the barricade. Sky got back up and went for a dive off the barricade, but Bayley caught her and slammed Sky to the ground with a Spinebuster before getting a near fall on Sky inside the ring. Bayley then hit a running knee strike on Sky and fired away with punches before hitting a Fireman’s Carry into a Sideslam for a near fall. Bayley got to the top rope, but Sky neutralized Bayley with a Shote before sending Bayley crashing to the outside with a Springboard Dropkick. Sky then climbed to the top rope and hit an Asai Moonsault on Bayley to the outside.

Back in the ring, Sky hit a Springboard Shotgun Dropkick before hitting a double knee strike on Bayley’s neck for a near fall. Sky landed on her feet from Bayley’s Back Drop attempt, but Bayley responded by hitting a Sunset Bomb on Sky onto the middle turnbuckle for a near fall. Sky tossed Bayley to the apron with a Bandera Toss. Bayley went for a move through the ropes, but Sky caught Bayley and hit two German Suplexes on Bayley for a near fall. Sky climbed to the top rope and went for a Moonsault, but Bayley blocked it with her feet. Bayley went for a Diving Elbow Drop on Sky, but Sky evaded and reversed it with a Crossface. Bayley evaded the hold and hit an elbow strike on Sky’s neck, but Sky locked the Crossface again before transitioning into the STF. Bayley escaped the hold and hit the Bayley-to-Belly on Sky to try and get the win, but Sky kicked out.

Bayley went for the Rose Plant, but Sky blocked it before blasting Bayley with a vicious forearm strike. Bayley popped back up and slapped Sky in the face, but Sky responded with an even stiffer slap. Bayley hit a series of punches on Sky, but Sky reversed it with a Schoolboy Roll-Up before hitting the Liger Back-Breaker and a Top Rope Moonsault to go for the title retention, but Bayley kicked out. Sky continued to attack Bayley’s abdomen before hitting a standing Moonsault, another Moonsault Dive, and attempting the Moonsault Stomp, but Bayley evaded. Bayley went for the Rose Plant, but Sky landed on her feet before Bayley hit a lariat. Bayley then hit a Saito Suplex Sky and followed up with a Flying Elbow Drop before hitting the Roseplant for the pinfall win, becoming the new WWE Women’s Champion.

Winner & NEW WWE Women's Champion: Bayley.

- Snoop Dogg & the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders announced the attendance for the show, which was an attendance of 72, 755 people. The two-night total was a total of 145, 298 people.

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship - Bloodline Rules Match.

Roman Reigns (c) (w/ Paul Heyman) vs. Cody Rhodes.

The match began with Reigns & Rhodes had a stare down before Rhodes backed Reigns into the corner. Rhodes got a waist lock on Reigns, but Reigns broke the hold with a back elbow before hitting a shoulder tackle on Rhodes. Rhodes got Reigns in a side headlock before sliding under Reigns and hitting a dropdown uppercut and sending Reigns crashing into the ring post. Rhodes went under the ring and picked up a table from under the ring, but Reigns caught Rhodes with a drive-by dropkick before putting the table away. Rhodes tossed Reigns to the stairs before the two head back to the ring. Reigns rolled out of the ring and swung a kendo stick on Rhodes’s head before swinging the stick on Rhodes’s back. Rhodes kicked Reigns in the gut to dispossess him frost he Kendo Stick before hitting a Bulldog and locking in the Figure Four, but Reigns broke the hold by raking Rhodes’s eyes. Reigns continued to stomp away at Rhodes before tossing him out of the ring.

Reigns hit Rhodes with a giant PRIME bottle from the PRIME Hydration Station before they headed to the crowd area. Reigns got himself & Rhodes on a Giant platform, but Rhodes hit a Suplex on Reigns onto the platform. Back to the ring, Rhodes went for the Disaster Kick, but Reigns caught him and hit Rhodes with a Powerbomb, followed by a Fisherman’s Suplex for a near fall, which he followed by hitting a Back Suplex on Rhodes for a near fall. Reigns locked in a Cravat on Rhodes before going for another back Suplex, but Rhodes escaped. Rhodes went for a Death Rider, but Reigns reversed it with a Perfect-Plex for a near fall. Rhodes continued to beat down Rhodes in the corner catching him with a series of lariats on the corner, but Rhodes got back up and hit a thrust kick. Reigns & Rhodes exchanged kicks before they collided with clotheslines to one another at the same time.

Rhodes & Reigns exchanged punches before Rhodes hit a clothesline, a Powerslam, and a Disaster Kick on Reigns for a near fall. Rhodes went for a Cody Cutter, but Reigns intercepted him and hit the Rolling Cutter (Cross Rhodes) on Cody for a near fall. Reigns went for a Superman Punch, but Rhodes evaded and hit a series of jabs before hitting the Bionic Elbow on Reigns. Rhodes & Reigns headed to the outside, but Reigns caught Rhodes with a Low Bow before hitting a Powerbomb on Rhodes through the broadcast table. Reigns got Rhodes back in the ring and hit the Superman Punch on Rhodes to try and get the pin, but Rhodes kicked out at two. Reigns went for the spear, but Rhodes caught him with a punt kick before hitting the Cody Cutter for a near fall. Reigns went for a Uranage, but Rhodes reversed it with an Arm Drag before hitting a Spear on Reigns for a near fall.

Rhodes hit the Cross Rhodes on Reigns, but Jimmy Uso appeared and hit a Thrust Kick on Rhodes. Jey Uso came tot he aid of Rhodes and immediately attacked his brother Jimmy before hitting a Spear on Jimmy off the stage through a table. Rhodes went for a Roll-Up on Reigns, but Reigns kicked out and hit a Spear on Rhodes for a near fall. Reigns was furious by this and locked in the Guillotine Choke on Rhodes, but Rhodes broke the hold by pushing himself & Reigns out of the ring, which Rhodes quickly followed by hitting a Spear on Reigns through the barricade. Rhodes tossed Reigns back in the ring and hit another Cross Rhodes on Reigns before hitting a second. Rhodes went for a third consecutive Cross Rhodes, but Solo Sikoa appeared and hit the Samoan Spike on Rhodes. Sikoa put Reigns over Rhodes for him to try and pick up the win, but Rhodes managed to kick out.

Sikoa continued to attack Rhodes before demanding Reigns to finish Rhodes’s story, leading to Reigns & Sikoa to hit the Spike Spear on Rhodes for Reigns to try and pick up the win, but Rhodes managed to kick out. Sikoa was about to line up against Rhodes, but John Cena made his WWE return. Cena clotheslined Sikoa out of the ring before hitting the Attitude Adjustment on Reigns. Cena proceeded to hit an Attitude Adjustment on Sikoa through the Spanish Broadcast Table, but that invoked Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to appear and confront Cena. Cena & Johnson had a stare-down in the center of the ring, calling back to their matches on WrestleMania 28 & WrestleMania 29. Johnson hit a Rock Bottom on Cena, but then the music for The Shield’s music started playing. It was revealed to be Seth Rollins, but Reigns caught Rollins with a Superman Punch. Then, the lights went out and they came back to reveal none other than The Undertaker, who caught Johnson and hit a Chokeslam on him before the lights went back off and on to make Johnson disappear.

Reigns then proceeded to attack Rollins with a chair before going for a spear, but Rhodes caught him with another punt kick before hitting Three Consecutive Cross Rhodes. With no more questions or excuses, Rhodes got the single-leg hook on Reigns to kick up the win, finally crowning himself WWE Champion. Randy Orton, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, LA Knight, CM Punk & Cody’s wife, Brandi Rhodes, Brodie Lee Jr & the rest of the family join Cody in the center of the ring to celebrate the historic title win. After the match, Cody called out Bruce Pritchard & Paul “Triple H” Levesque to come to the ring, saying that he would not have been back in WWE if it was not for them. Rhodes stood tall to end the broadcast.
