Rey Mysterio is still willing to put his mask up for grabs.
Rey Mysterio has faced his son Dominik at back-to-back WrestleMania events, squaring off in singles competition at WrestleMania 39 and then in a tag team match at WrestleMania XL.
While it is unknown if a third bout between the two is in the cards, Rey is still willing to put his mask on the line against his son.
"The perfect scenario is that Dom would be the right person," Rey told Shakiel Mahjouri of CBS Sports when asked about a retirement bout. "And not necessarily to retire me but put what matters most to me on the line and that's my mask. It's something I'd be willing to do."
Rey first mentioned the possibility of facing Dominik in a Hair vs. Mask match back in April 2023.
