Rhea Ripley will look for revenge against Dakota Kai on Wednesday's NXT.
WWE announced Rhea Ripley and Dakota Kai will square off on Wednesday's NXT. Kai was originally left off Team Ripley at NXT TakeOver: WarGames III. She was added to the team on the day of the event after Mia Yim was taken out. Kai then turned her back on the team, attacking Tegan Nox during the match.
Last Wednesday, Kai faced Candice LeRae in singles competition. Kai attacked LeRae after the match and was going for a chair, but Ripley made the save for her WarGames partner.
Dakota Kai shocked the NXT Universe at NXT TakeOver: WarGames when she betrayed her best friend Tegan Nox and walked out on Team Ripley during the first-ever Women’s WarGames Match.
Tomorrow night on NXT, the turncoat will have to come face-to-face with the captain of the team she left high and dry: Rhea Ripley. The Nightmare stopped Kai’s brutal attack on Candice LeRae last week with a big boot that knocked a steel chair out of Kai’s clutches.
