Rhea Ripley Set To Challenge Liv Morgan For Women's World Championship At WWE SummerSlam

Rhea Ripley speaks.

After her shocking return on last week's show, Rhea Ripley opened the July 15 edition of Raw, much to the approval of the fans in attendance. Ripley talked about being away for three months before inviting Morgan to the ring.

Instead of Morgan, Dominik Mysterio hit the ring with roses in hand for his "Mami". Before Mysterio could get many words out, Liv Morgan appeared on the titantron and talked about how her original intention was to hurt Ripley as much as possible -- but it led to her spending more time with Dominik Mysterio and getting the chance to look in his eyes. Morgan then stated that her thing with Mysterio is very real.

Ripley kept her focus on Morgan specifically, noting that she knew that she would be too scared to come to the ring. Moments later, Ripley challenged Liv Morgan to a match for the Women's World Championship at SummerSlam. Morgan quickly agreed to the match before disappearing off the titantron.

The segment came to a close as Ripley stated that she is going to end Morgan's career at SummerSlam.

After a brief commercial break, Mysterio continued to follow around Ripley backstage in an attempt to explain himself. Damian Priest would go on to taunt and laugh at Mysterio after Ripley slammed a door in his face.

Fightful will continue to update fans as the story between Ripley, Dominik Mysterio, and Liv Morgan progresses.
