WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair returned to the ring at the Ric Flair's Last Match event in July 2022. There, he and Andrade beat Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal. Flair has stated that he passed out twice during the match due to dehydration. He later said that he suffered a legitimate heart attack during the match. The 75-year-old recently sparked some buzz when he said that he had another match in him.
On January 6th, Ric Flair took to Twitter/X to share a clip in which he laced his boots up. In the post, he wrote that they fit just like the old days.

As of this writing, there is no word on if or when Ric Flair will return to the ring.
Fightful Select previously reported that Flair was pushing to do more physical spots during his time in AEW. He has not appeared for the promotion since AEW Revolution in March 2024.
