And Still. And New.
At Sacrifice on March 13, 2021, Rich Swann and Moose faced off to crown a Unified IMPACT! World Champion. This past Tuesday, Scott D'Amore also announced that the winner of the bout would go on to face AEW World Champion Kenny Omega in a Title vs. Title match at Rebellion on April 24.
The two men had a close, back-and-forth encounter, trading near falls the entire way through. Towards the conclusion, some of the highlights included Swann hitting a 450 Splash off of the second rope and Moose connecting on a Moonsault Fallaway Slam. Things wrapped up, however, when after missing a Spear and smashing into a chair in the corner post, Moose was pinned by Swann via a Crucifix Bomb into a bridge.
