Kosei Fujita and Robbie Eagles, known as Ichiban Sweet Boys, won the 2024 NJPW Super Junior Tag League at NJPW Power Struggle.
They defeated Catch 2/2 (TJP & Francesco Akira) in the finals of the tournament.
The finish saw Eagles and TJP trade pinfall attempts before Eagles was able to use his leverage on a roll up to keep TJP down for the three count.

After the bout, Ichiban Sweet Boys called out IWGP Junior Tag Team Champions Kevin Knight & KUSHIDA. They accepted the challenge of Ichiban Sweet Boys for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19, but said they have unfinished business with Catch 2/2 because they beat them in tournament. They said they would see both teams at Wrestle Kingdom.
Clark Connors & Drilla Moloney attacked all three teams and said there is no Wrestle Kingdom without the War Dogs.
