The Rock doesn't know.
The Rock previously returned to the "Fast & Furious" franchise with a cameo in Fast X. In March 2023, he officially announced his return and said that he would star in a new film based on his character, Luke Hobbs, Additionally, he was set to be part of Fast X Part 2. In May 2024, director Louis Leterrier confirmed that Fast X: Part 2 would be released in 2026.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight at the Golden Globe Awards, The Rock was asked about the "Fast & Furious" franchise and the possibility of the eleventh film being released in 2026.
"I think that’s the plan, right? Yeah. We’ll see [laughs], I don’t know. I don’t know the plan, but maybe," The Rock said.
In November 2024, Vin Diesel teased that Fast X: Part 2 would be released by March 2026, and he hinted at Hobbs and Dom resolving their differences.
