Capital Collision will be headlined by Mercedes Mone and Momo Watanabe.
Rocky Romero took to Instagram on August 16 to promote the upcoming NJPW STRONG Women's Championship match between Mercedes Mone and Momo Watanabe at NJPW Capital Collision.
In the post, Romero also confirmed that Mone vs. Watanabe will be the main event of the show.

This will be Mone's first time working a date for NJPW since Resurgence in 2023. At that show, Mone sustained an ankle injury that kept her out of action until Double Or Nothing 2024.
