The Rock acknowledged Roman Reigns at the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere, thanking him for helping lead WWE into a new era and now a deal with Netflix.
The Rock would present Roman with the Ula Fala after Roman defeated Solo Sikoa in Tribal Combat.
Speaking at the post-show press conference, Roman was asked about a potential match with The Rock.
"I don't have to do anything. You guys do it for us. We're just going to let the Internet do its thing. That would defeat the whole purpose of this. The Internet won't do its thing if I said yes or no. So, we'll see," he said.
Rock and Roman seemed to be on a collision course for WrestleMania XL, but plans changed as the "We Want Cody" movement led to the main event being changed and The Rock and Roman teaming up against Cody & Seth Rollins in the main event of night one.
It is unknown if The Rock will wrestle again.
