Roman Reigns put the hit out.
On Friday's WWE SmackDown, Paul Heyman revealed that Roman Reigns was the man who put the hit out on Cody Rhodes, leading to The Rock attacking Rhodes on Monday's WWE Raw.
"By orders of the Tribal Chief."
Jimmy Uso followed up by saying that, by orders of the Tribal Chief, Jey Uso won't match it to WrestleMania 40. Solo Sikoa said he would see Jey next Friday.

Rock interrupted Rhodes' opening promo on Raw and whispered, "Tonight, I'm gonna make you bleed" before leaving. At the end of the evening, Rock attacked Rhodes, kicking him out of the building and into the rain. Rock continued the beatdown, causing Rhodes to bleed and smearing Rhodes' blood on his weight belt.
Reigns will team with The Rock at night one of WrestleMania 40 to face Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins. At night two, Reigns will defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Rhodes.
