Roman Reigns: A Lot Of Work To Be Done And Money To Be Made, Getting WWE Title Back Is Important

Roman Reigns comments on his immediate plans for the future and the possibility of working with the likes of Seth Rollins, CM Punk, and others.

Roman Reigns is still the top dog in WWE. However, after losing the Undisputed WWE Universal Title to Cody Rhodes at WWE WrestleMania XL, he's been fighting with his family members and trying to get the Ula Fala off from around the neck of his former enforcer, Solo Sikoa.

When appearing on the SI Media Podcast, Roman Reigns made it clear that handling family business is first on his list of priorities, but there is a great deal of money to be made elsewhere in WWE and he also has the desire to recapture the gold he lost.

"A lot of work to be done. A lot of money to be made. Hopefully, we stay healthy. There are so many things. At this point, getting the big title back is important. We’re in the middle of sorting out the Ula Fala, sorting out the family business. That is far more personal and at times I wish we could have been able to handle this at the dinner table, breaking bread, the easier and older way. We’ve done it this way. At the end of the day, we can’t take our eye off the ball. Cody is the man right now and nobody in my Bloodline likes that. Nobody wants that. Jey seems to be friends with everybody these days. At the end of the day, we want the power, we want that stroke, we want the juice. We want to be prominent, we want to be positioned at the tippy top."

Seth Rollins had stated in the past that he'd resigned himself to believing that he could never truly be the top guy in WWE as long as he is in Roman's era. Read those comments here.

CM Punk successfully teamed with Roman Reigns at WWE Survivor Series in WarGames. After WarGames, CM Punk declined to comment on the rise of Roman Reigns during his absence from WWE.
