Roman Reigns is no longer advertised for WWE Hell in a Cell.
When the event was first announced in March, Roman Reigns was part of the poster and advertising for the show.
In an update to the WWE website and advertising, Reigns is no longer part of the lineup and is not on the post.

As previously reported, Reigns is not currently advertised for any WWE TV shows or live events in July or August. He is still advertised for WWE Money in the Bank and WWE SummerSlam. He reportedly signed a new deal that would allow him to cut back on his live event schedule.
Reigns is the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
