Ronda Rousey: Anyone Is Better Than Vince McMahon, The Only Place WWE Can Go Is Up

Ronda Rousey comments on the current state of WWE.

Since leaving WWE after SummerSlam 2023, Ronda Rousey has made her feelings known about the WWE system and how Vince McMahon ran things during her time with the company. McMahon retired in January after a lawsuit was filed by former employee Janel Grant accusing McMahon of sex trafficking and sexual assault.

Triple H has been in charge of creative since McMahon's retirement.

Speaking to CBS Sports' Shakiel Mahjouri, Rousey was asked if she has confidence in the new regime.

"I think anyone's better than Vince McMahon. The only place you can go is up. I really enjoy Triple H and working with him, and honestly, I haven't been watching, but I saw something from Natty [Neidhart] saying that they had a card recently that had just as many women on it as the men. That's what I would really like to see, the women equally represented with not just matches on the card, but time on the show. I feel there's no place they could go but up and I'm really, really happy for all the women still there and thriving under the new regime. I think there's, yeah," she said.

McMahon is currently under federal investigation.

Rousey worked shows for Wrestling REVOLVER and ROH after her WWE departure. She also released her second book "Our Fight."
