Sabu Says He's 'Probably' Not Going To Wrestle Anymore, Would Like Final Match Against Brock Lesnar

Sabu's in-ring career is seemingly coming to an end.

In an interview with Wrestling Shoot Interviews, Sabu announced that he "probably" won't wrestle anymore.

Sabu said, "I had one hip surgery. My other hip is still good. I'm not doing real good, my back, I hurt my back about a year ago and it's still been hurt. I wrestled a couple of weeks ago, but I shouldn't have. I've only wrestled twice in the last year and only been the gym a couple of times because I hurt my back. I'm probably not going to wrestle anymore. I'm probably just going to do autograph signings and personal appearances stuff."

However, Sabu was asked about doing one final match and did say he would get back in the ring for a certain former UFC Heavyweight Champion.

"I'll definitely get back in the ring for Brock Lesnar. If that was my final match, I'd love to wrestle him. I'll probably still have a final match, but I'm not in shape for it so I'm not going to try and fool myself. He's the best. He's a shooter, a good worker, my kind of opponent. I like wrestling big guys. I don't like wrestling guys like me because it's not that interesting. It's more interesting wrestling a guy like Brock Lesnar," said Sabu.

Sabu praised Big Show, Mike Awesome, Hulk Hogan, and John Cena as being great workers as well.

Sabu is a hardcore legend and a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, ECW World Tag Team Champion, ECW Television Champion, and ECW Champion. He was known for his death-defying style and taking a variety of bumps.
