Willie Mack has a new challenger.
The National Wrestling Alliance announced that Samuel Shaw will challenge Willie Mack for the NWA National Title on Dec. 9 at Championship Wrestling From Hollywood. You can view the announcement, along with a short profile piece on Shaw, in the video above.
Mack defeated Shaw at NWA 70 on Oct. 21 to capture the vacant title. The bout was the finals of a mini-tournament that included two four-way elimination bouts. Earlier in the night, Mack defeated Jay Bradley, Mike Parrow and Ricky Starks in one four-way elimination bout while Shaw got past Colt Cabana, Sammy Guevara and Scorpio Sky in the other.
Mack recently made his first title defense against Andy Brown. You can watch the full match here.
Prior to winning the NWA National Title at NWA 70, Mack made his debut for IMPACT Wrestling at their Bound For Glory event. He's also a regular for Lucha Underground and recently defeated Mil Muertas at Ultima Lucha Cuatro.
The bout will take place as part of Championship Wrestling From Hollywood's 'Milestone' event.
