Two championship contenders will meet in a match next week.
The two men who will attempt to stop The Miz's historic title reign have been scheduled for a match six days before Wrestlemania. Three weeks ago, The Miz, Finn Balor, and Seth Rollins were put in an Intercontinental Championship triple threat match at Wrestlemania 34 by Raw General Manager Kurt Angle.
Tonight, the three men were involved in a brawl which ended with Balor standing over Rollins. Then later in the show, WWE announced a singles match between Rollins and Balor.
After the announcement, Seth Rollins tweeted the following message.
If The Miz loses his championship at Wrestlemania, it will end his chance to break Pedro Morales record for combined days as WWE Intercontinental Champion.
