Seth Rollins has become known for his over the top outfits as he makes his way to the ring, so much so that they've become part of his character.
Speaking to Chris Van Vliet on Insight, Rollins was asked who has the bigger closet between him and Becky Lynch. He said that he (Colby Lopez) and Becky have the same size closet, but the character of Seth Rollins tops them both.
"Seth Rollins has a closet on the other side of the house, one of the guest rooms, and that closet is nuts. That closet is in constant rotation. It's one of the few closets that Seth Rollins has. Iowa, Los Angeles, on the bus. I have sent most of my stuff back to WWE archives, actually. Some stuff I can wear everywhere, but if I wear it on TV, I'll put it away and send it to archives and let them do what they'd like. I think they just signed a new deal with Topps and they are going to have cards with pieces of the shirts and suits. We've done cool things at major events where they have suits on mannequins for fans to see. I don't want to get rid of everything. I've donated a fair share of things, too, so there are probably some kids walking around somewhere with wacky Seth Rollins backward shoes on. They are all over the place. It's way too many clothes. I long for the day where I go back to wearing my own t-shirts and pants.
"My stylist Troy, he always says, 'I'm thinking about something crazy.' Go for it. Now, it's part of the appeal. 'What is he going to come out with this week?' It used to be, people made fun of it in the beginning. Now, everybody is on my side. It's part of the act. 'Those shoes. That hat.' Weird stuff happens where I had this blue outfit with a blue vest on and I took the vest off and ripped it off, but it just looked like two jackets. It wasn't. It was a vest and a shirt. It looked like two jackets because you couldn't see the shadows from the vest. I ripped that off on the way to fight Bronson Reed and people were like, 'He just took off a jacket and is wearing the same jacket underneath.' (It looked like) Sting mask (being taken off) and the Sting facepaint is on. Weird stuff like that happens. It's a fun thing and cool thing for people to look forward to. When you do it 52 weeks a year, it certainly adds up."
I listened to the Seth/CVV podcast and was cryin when bro started talking about the blue jacket moment -- pic.twitter.com/U14vYHLz2x
