Shelley West (Trey Miguel's Mom) Denies Report She's Left IMPACT Wrestling

On recent episodes of IMPACT Wrestling, Ace Austin had been feuding with Trey Miguel, with Trey's mom getting involved. Austin had been making passes at Trey's mom, wanting to bang her, which was the basis of the feud between the two.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer wrote that IMPACT dropped the angle because Shelley West, the woman who played Trey's mom and also worked as a staff member, no longer worked at IMPACT.

However, that doesn't appear to be the case. West took to social media to shoot down the report that she is no longer employed by IMPACT.

West's bio on social media says she is the Sr. VP Global Partnerships for IMPACT Wrestling.

Austin defeated Trey at Hard To Kill on Jan. 12, retaining the X Division Championship. Austin has recently been involved in a feud with Tessa Blanchard, with Trey also being involved. Ace defeated Tessa's mentor Tommy Dreamer on the most recent episode of IMPACT. Trey did not appear on Tuesday's episode of IMPACT.
