Solo Sikoa Continues To Dominate, Asuka Mists Dominik Mysterio | Raw Fight Size

Here is your post-Monday Night Raw fight size update for December 12, 2022:

- Elias came to the ring for his match against Solo Sikoa. Before the match, he hosted a tribute concert for Matt Riddle after Sikoa attacked him and took him out of action last week. He said it was Riddle's dream to perform in the ring with him, and he admitted that "The Original Bro" won him over. He then played a song in honor of Riddle. Once the bout started, Elias took the fight to Sikoa, but The Bloodline's enforcer overpowered. Elias kept fighting, and Sami Zayn had to stop Sikoa when he tried to use a chair out of frustration. Elias had Sikoa on the ropes, but a distraction from Zayn cost him as it helped the powerhouse take control. Sikoa then slammed Elias for the win.

- Sikoa attacked Elias after the bell and hit him with the Samoan Spike. He got a chair, but Kevin Owens made the save. Owens also dropped Elias with a Stunner to make it clear that they weren't on good terms.

- Rhea Ripley faced Asuka in a battle of former Raw Women's Champions. Asuka wasn't wearing her signature face paint. At one key point in the match, "The Empress of Tomorrow" gained the upper hand, but a distraction from Dominik Mysterio helped Ripley take control. He also put her foot on the rope when she was trapped in the Asuka Lock. Asuka spit mist in his face, and Ripley capitalized by hitting the Riptide for the win. After the match, Ripley took Dominik to the trainer's room.

- In the main event, Seth Rollins defeated Bobby Lashley in a WWE United States Championship #1 Contender's Match. Lashley nearly clinched the win when he nailed Rollins with a Spear, but the referee got knocked down, so he couldn't count the pin. Rollins took advantage of the situation by reversing a second Spear into a Pedigree and pinning him.

- After the match, Lashley assaulted the referee and shoved WWE official Adam Pearce, who told him he was fired.

- Bayley faced Alexa Bliss in a #1 Contender's Match for the Raw Women's Championship. Becky Lynch attacked Bayley's Damage CTRL stablemates, Dakota Kai and IYO SKY, before the match. Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair joined the commentary team ahead of the bout. The two competitors went back and forth throughout the match. At one point, Bayley tried to unhook the turnbuckle, but Belair stopped her. She then argued with the champion at ringside. In the end, Bliss scored the win. Belair went for a handshake after the match, and Bliss seemingly invited her in for a hug. Bray Wyatt's logo flashed on the video screen, and Bliss went for the Sister Abigail, but she changed her mind at the last minute. She then walked away, clearly distraught.

- Johnny Gargano and Dexter Lumis strategized over what to do with the money Dexter Lumis won by defeating The Miz. Nikki Cross lurked in the background, and LeRae encouraged the duo to spend the money on a good cause. Later in the show, they bought out the merchandise booth, determined to spread some holiday cheer. They came out to the arena and starting tossing out some of their merchandise into the crowd. Gargano fired a T-shirt cannon into the crowd, but The Miz attacked him and took his money.

- Adam Pearce stopped him and ordered him to give the money back. The Miz said the money belonged to him, but Pearce repeated the order. Miz noted that he wanted to earn the money back in a rematch. Gargano accepted the challenge but raised the stakes by naming a Ladder Match as the stipulation. As part of the agreement, The Miz had to dress up as an elf and hand out the merchandise to the fans.

- The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) teamed up with Akira Tozawa to face the Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest & Dominik Mysterio). Before the bout, the Street Profits gave Tozawa one of their red cups, and he got some "liquid courage." Tozawa went on to deliver a valiant performance, but Dominik pinned him after Priest powerbombed the former WWE 24/7 Champion.

- Candice LeRae faced IYO SKY, who was accompanied to the ring by Bayley and Dakota Kai. The former NXT stars threw everything they had at each other, and SKY ultimately picked up the win.

- Alpha Academy (Otis and Chad Gable) were asked about being on the brunt of a milk bath on WWE SmackDown. Gable called Kurt Angle a dinosaur. The O.C., sans Karl Anderson, showed up, and they were laughing at the milk bath. AJ Styles noted that Anderson was taking care of business in Japan. Gable called Styles a fossil, setting up a match between the two. Styles then defeated Gable in a hard-fought singles match.

- A video package highlighted WWE United States Champion Austin Theory.

- In an interview, Kevin Owens was approached by Elias, who asked him for backup against The Bloodline. Owens brought up their history and his lengthy feud with Ezekiel. Elias insisted, and Owens walked away.
