New authority figures have been introduced in ROH.
During the June 8 episode of ROH, Tony Khan came out and spoke to the crowd, saying that though he will remain the primary matchmaker for ROH, there is a lot of administrative and talent relation work that also needs to be done. He then said that he thought it would be smart to form a board of directors.
Khan shared that these individuals would have carte blanche but that he would ultimately have final say should any disagreements occur. He proceeded to introduced Stokely Hathaway and Jerry Lynn.

Lynn previously had a remarkable run with ECW, and he wrestled for ROH for several years, primarily from 2008-2011, though he returned to the company in 2012. The former ROH World Champion also worked for ROH in later years as an agent/producer. Lynn signed with AEW as a coach and producer in 2019, and he has been the judge for multiple ROH Pure Championship matches.
Hathaway got his start in ROH, and he signed with AEW in May 2022. He has been featured on AEW programming as a manager, primarily with The Firm (Ethan Page, Lee Moriarty, Big Bill, and The Gunns). Hathaway hasn't appeared on TV since his team lost The Firm Deletion match on the May 5 episode of AEW Rampage.
