A new performer has been announced for MLW x CMLL Lucha Apocalypto.
On Monday, October 7, MLW issued a press release to announce that Star Jr. will be competing at MLW x CMLL Lucha Apocalypto at Cicero Stadium in Chicago on Saturday, November 9.
This will be Star Jr's first time competing in MLW since June, when he challenged Mistico for the MLW World Middleweight Championship. Star Jr. also appeared in MLW's Battle Riot match back in June.

Star Jr. has steadily risen through the ranks of CMLL, establishing himself as one of the most exciting young luchadores in the promotion. Known for his high-flying style and agility, Star Jr. has captivated audiences with his breathtaking dives and fearless approach to the ring. His breakout moment came in 2019 when he won the prestigious Gran Alternativa tournament, a proving ground for future stars in lucha libre. This victory cemented his place as one of the brightest prospects in CMLL and set him on a path to greatness.
Star Jr. made a strong impact in MLW after his debut in February 2024, further impressing during the prestigious Opera Cup this past summer. His standout performance in the tournament showed his technical prowess and high-flying agility. In just under a year, Star Jr. has demonstrated why he is one of the most exciting young luchadores in the sport, solidifying his place as a top competitor.
As he prepares for his return to MLW on November 9 in Chicago, Star Jr. is determined to make his mark and let his star shine brighter than ever, ready to conquer new heights and prove himself on the global stage.

An institution in fighting for decades, Cicero Stadium is conveniently located 8 miles from downtown Chicago and very close to the Pink Line. You can get to it from both Interstate Highways 290 and 55.There is stadium seating, which means there is virtually no bad seat in the stadium.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Interstate 290, take the Laramie exit heading South and travel 6 blocks. The Stadium will be on the left and you can find parking both North and South of the venue for only $5. From Interstate 55, take the Cicero exit and head north until 22nd Street. Take a left and then a right on S. Laramie Ave. Travel three blocks to Cicero Stadium and parking is both north and south of the venue for $5.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Take the CTA Pink Line to the last stop (54th/Cermak) going South. The station is located between 54th Avenue and Laramie Avenue, just north of Cermak Rd. Walk two blocks north and you’re at the Stadium.About Major League Wrestling
