Stephanie McMahon: Ronda Rousey Is Always Welcome To Come 'Home' To WWE

Stephanie McMahon says Ronda Rousey will always have a home in WWE.

Ronda Rousey hasn't been seen in WWE, outside of a gaming stream appearance, since losing in the main event of WrestleMania 35. In the almost two years since she's been away, Ronda Rousey has opened up about what she doesn't like about the industry, recently saying that the travel was “the absolute worst.”

From the moment she left WWE, Ronda Rousey was very open about wanting to have a child during her time away. In a new interview with TMZ, Stephanie McMahon stated that Ronda Rousey will always have a home in WWE and is always welcome to come back once she is happy with her life outside of the ring.

"Ronda's been very public that she’d like to start her own family," McMahon tells TMZ. "Once she does that, our doors are absolutely open, our arms are open, we are very hopeful that Ronda will come back home to WWE."

Of course, Ronda Rousey and Stephanie McMahon have a history together. Stephanie was Ronda’s first opponent in WWE when she teamed with her husband, Triple H to face Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle. That match was also Stephanie McMahon's only official match at WrestleMania despite appearing as a featured performer at the event many times since the year 2000.

During an appearance on Steve-O’s podcast in her time away, Ronda Rousey stirred up some controversy with her comments on the nature of pro wrestling, which resulted in her spoofing an infamous Hulk Hogan tweet. Read more at this link.
