Over WrestleMania weekend, Bayley was pulled from the event after being attacked backstage, with Becky Lynch replacing her in the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship match at the event. This led to much fan out cry about Bayley being pulled, with WWE announcing injuries Bayley sustained in the attack on Monday's edition of WWE RAW.

In a new Instagram comment on a post quoting Bayley's recent interview on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Stone Cold Steve Austin called Bayley a future Hall of Famer.
