Swerve Strickland To Face Kazuchika Okada On 7/17 AEW Dynamite

A champion vs. champion bout is official.

AEW announced that AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland will face AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada on the July 17th episode of AEW Dynamite.

Strickland issued the challenge to Okada on the July 10th episode of AEW Dynamite.

Strickland and Okada will be on opposing teams for AEW Blood & Guts, which takes place on the July 24th episode of AEW Dynamite.

  • AEW International Championship: Will Ospreay (c) vs. MJF
  • Swerve Strickland vs. Kazuchika Okada
