Tammy Sytch (Sunny) Pleads No Contest In DUI Manslaughter Case, Faces Up To 25 Years In Prison

On August 16, Tammy Sytch (Sunny) entered a plea of "no contest" to a felony charge of DUI causing death. She also pleaded no contest to one felony charge of driving with license suspended causing death, four misdemeanor counts of DUI with damage to a person, and two misdemeanor charges of DUI with damage to property.

According to TMZ, Sytch had initially pleaded not guilty to all charges, but changed her pleas on Wednesday as the case is slated to go to trial.

She faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in jail.

A sentencing hearing has yet to be scheduled.

Sytch has been in jail since May 2022 for her involvement in a fatal car crash in Volusia County, Florida, that killed a 75-year-old man on March 25, 2022.
