IMPACT Emergence adds an Eight-Man Tag Team Match to its card.
Josh Alexander is slated to team up with Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, and KUSHIDA at IMPACT Emergence against the foursome of Bully Ray, Lio Rush, Moose, and Brian Myers.
Josh Alexander returned at IMPACT Slammiversary and hoped to get a World Championship match against Alex Shelley. First, they must coexist against common enemies, most of whom are also looking to get a shot at Shelley's gold.
Lio Rush could theoretically have a championship opportunity anytime he wants, provided he remains IMPACT X-Division Champion, thanks to Option C.

Chaos happened once the Time Splitters defeated the Moose & Myers on July 27. Bully Ray, Moose, and Myers continue their onslaught on Shelley and KUSHIDA from last week. Josh Alexander evens the odds until X-Division Champion Lio Rush decides to team up with Bully, Moose, and Myers.
Chris Sabin returned in the fracas after being hurt by Rush at Slammiversary and takes the battle to Rush. Sabin hurls him to the ground before standing tall beside Shelley, KUSHIDA, and Alexander.
