A big announcement was made for TJPW and Joshi fans on Wednesday.
TJPW's Miu Watanabe will officially compete at Pandemonium: Pro Wrestling's WrestleMania Week show on Thursday, April 17th. She's set to face independent wrestler Maya World in a first-time-ever matchup.

Maya World asked us to find her a world class opponent and TJPW's Miu Watanabe has answered the call.

Watanabe is a former Princess of Princess Champion, International Princess Champion, and Princess Tag Team Champion alongside longtime Daydream partner Rika Tatsumi. Her reign as Princess of Princess Champion ended earlier this year on January 4th, when she lost to Mizuki -- ending an impressive 279-day championship reign.
Maya World has been all over the wrestling scene since debuting in 2023 -- competing in Reality of Wrestling, AEW, ROH, West Coast Pro, GCW, and many other promotions. During last year's WrestleMania week, World had the opportunity to team with STARDOM's Konami against fellow indie competitor Jada Stone and reigning IWGP Women's Champion Mayu Iwatani at SPARK Trailblaze.
Here's a look at the card so far for Pandemonium's The House Always Wins, which features AEW's Shelton Benjamin, TNA's Mustafa Ali, as well as competitors from DRAGONGATE:
