Tony Khan Confirms Jack Perry Has Been Suspended Indefinitely Following AEW All In

Tony Khan confirms Jack Perry has been suspended from AEW.

At AEW All In, Jack Perry and CM Punk got into a backstage altercation following Perry's match against HOOK. In the middle of the match, Perry said "Real glass, cry me a river" before he was suplexed onto a limo windshield. The comment was a reference to a previous incident regarding Perry wanting to use real glass and CM Punk taking exception to the spot.

It was reported that Perry and Punk were suspended following the incident. AEW later confirmed that Punk had been released by the company for his role in the altercation.

Speaking at the AEW All Out media scrum, Tony Khan confirmed Perry has been suspended indefinitely.

"He's been suspended indefinitely. We've suspended everybody in that investigation and took further action after that based on what happened and came out of the investigation. We suspended Jack as a participant in an incident backstage, and Jack hasn't been around. That's all I can say about it. At the time, we did suspend him and he hasn't been at AEW since AEW All In," said Khan.

It is unknown when Perry will return to AEW. He lost the FTW Championship to HOOK at AEW All In.
