Tony Khan On Eddie Kingston Quitting AEW: Stay Tuned To The Wrestling Business

Tony Khan addresses Eddie Kingston's AEW status.

Following Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite, Eddie Kingston said that he "quit" AEW in a social media exclusive interview. Kingston was booked for the Face of the Revolution ladder match, which he wasn't a fan of, but never made it to the ring as he got into a backstage brawl with Ortiz.

When asked about Kingston's AEW status on the AEW Revolution media call, Tony Khan said, "I have talked to Eddie since [Wednesday], and I would encourage people to stay tuned to pro wrestling. Stay tuned to AEW and other forms of pro wrestling. Of course, there are a lot of exciting things happening in the sport, in AEW, and also out metaverse of pro wrestling, including New Japan and the launch of the new Ring of Honor. A lot of exciting things happening. I have had the chance to talk to Eddie about that and I say stay tuned to the wrestling business and you'll see what happens next."

That settles that.

The first episode of ROH TV premieres on March 2 on HonorClub. Fans can check out the lineup for the show by clicking here.
