Legendary commentator Tony Schiavone is one of the voices of AEW programming. He calls the action every week on AEW Dynamite, and he occasionally does interviews as well. Schiavone is also part of the AEW Collision commentary team.
Schiavone was on commentary during the June 26 episode of AEW Dynamite, but he was absent for the final portion of the show. When one fan questioned where he went, Schiavone said that he lost his voice, and it was giving him problems all weekend.
