Five new bouts have been added to Tuesday's NXT.
WWE announced that Tyler Bate will take on Charlie Dempsey on the May 9 episode of NXT. Wes Lee and Drew Gulak will be ringside for the bout.
Plus, Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen team up to face Hank Walker & Tank Ledger and Duke Hudson battles Javier Bernal.
Even after Wes Lee successfully defended his title against Charlie Dempsey and Drew Gulak, tensions remain high in the North American Title scene, as Dempsey and Gulak now want to punish Lee’s friend, Tyler Bate.
The Big Strong Boi helped Lee retain the title last week as he neutralized Dempsey on the outside, allowing Lee to handle Gulak with the odds evened.

Big-time tag team action is on deck as the newly reunited Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen take on the up-and-coming pair of Hank Walker & Tank Ledger.
Briggs & Jensen are finally ready to hit the ring together after months of turmoil over Jensen’s relationship with Kiana James, but now that she’s out of the picture, the two friends are ready to take on the world together.
Walker & Ledger, meanwhile, have gained a lot of momentum since pairing up, and they’re hoping that their youthful energy translates into some wins in a stacked NXT tag team division.

Duke Hudson has a new pep in his step after filling in for Andre Chase as the leader of Chase U last week, and he’ll look to show his students how it's done when he takes on Javier Bernal.
Hudson, still riding high over how much he likes the sound of Duke U instead of Chase U, is ready to make noise in a newly revamped NXT after several Superstars were selected in the WWE Draft.
“Big Body Javy” Javier Bernal has the same idea and wants people to start putting some respect on his name as he continues to shine in the ring.
WWE later announced that the tournament to crown a new NXT Women's Champion kicks off tonight with two opening-round bouts.
The first match will see Gigi Dolin take on Tiffany Stratton. The second match will see Jacy Jayne take on Lyra Valkyria.
