Two titles were unified at The People vs. GCW.
The People vs. GCW kicked off with a match that unified the GCW Extreme and Ultraviolent Championships. Maki Itoh put her GCW Extreme Championship on the line, while the Ultraviolent Championship was vacant. Matt Tremont, Matthew Justice, Ciclope, Rina Yamashita, John Wayne Murdoch, Brandon Kirk, Dr. Redacted, and Drew Parker competed in the match.
Itoh used a ladder as a weapon putting it on her head and swinging it, but Justice hit the ladder with a chair. Tremont hit Justice with a chair. Parker slammed a chair onto Justice’s head. Ciclope dove onto a group of competitors at ringside. Itoh dove off a ladder with a crossbody. Dr. Redacted threw a ladder into Tremont’s face. Dr. Redacted and Yamashita put trash cans over their head and collide with each other.
Ciclope hit Redacted with a garbage can. Ciclope and Yamashita double-teamed Redacted. Ciclope and Yamashita battled on a ladder, and they kissed. Ciclope superplexes Yamashita off a ladder and through some tables at ringside. Parker hits a Swanton off a ladder and through a table on Itoh and Murdoch. Justice hit Redacted with a Death Valley Driver through a table. Kirk climbed a ladder, but Parker stopped him. Kirk slammed Parker through a ladder.

Kirk climbed the ladder, but Murdock sent him crashing through a ladder. Tremont and Murdoch fight on a ladder. Tremont jabs Murdoch with a fork, sending him crashing to the mat. Murdoch unhooks the titles for the win.
