The former Sanjana George has been released from WWE.
As first reported by Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp, Vish Kanya has been released from her WWE contract. Kanya first signed with WWE in 2021. Kanya never wrestled a match for the brand, despite being under contract and training in the performance center for a year.
George originally had a tryout for WWE during the India Tryouts in 2019. She was one out of four people that made the cut, but she couldn't make it to the United States shortly after due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before signing with WWE, George was an MMA fighter in India. She had a total of two professional fights with a record of one win and one loss.
