Wardlow has earned a chance to capture the AEW World Title after winning the All-Star Scramble at AEW Revolution.
In a match that also featured HOOK, Brian Cage, Magnus, Powerhouse Hobbs, Dante Martin, Chris Jericho, and Lance Archer, Wardlow got the victory by pinning Dante Martin after a Powerbomb.
This means that Wardlow will go on to challenge for the AEW World Title against the winner of the match between Samoa Joe, Hangman Page, and Swerve Strickland later in the night at Revolution.

A date for the championship match has yet to be announced.
This match was a replacement for what was supposed to be a Meat Madness Match. Fans still got plenty of their filling of meat, thanks to Brian Cage, Wardlow, Lance Archer, and Will Hobbs. Fans can learn why Meat Madness was initially postponed at this link.
