Wendy Choo is rested up.
Wendy Choo finally awoke from her slumber on the June 11 episode of WWE NXT, and she got so much rest that she's practically a different person.
Choo was showing glimpses of a darker personality in her final vignette ahead of her return, but she completely emerged with a new look, greater intensity, and a straight jacket-like submission hold that she used to defeat Brinley Reece on June 11.

Poor Reece was expecting the happy-go-lucky version of Wendy and ended up taking a nap of her own.
This was Wendy's first bout on NXT TV since her injury in May 2023. Choo was written off of TV as part of the mysterious parking lot attacks by an assailant who turned out to be Blair Davenport.
