Will Ospreay announces that the February 18 event put on by RevPro Wrestling will be his final RevPro show as he goes all in with AEW.
Will Ospreay is one of the top British wrestlers in the world today and helped put that scene back on the map in recent years. However, he has recently signed a contract with AEW and is going to be a full-time AEW wrestler beginning with the road to the AEW Revolution 2024 pay-per-view.
At RevPro Uprising 2023, Ospreay defeated Gabe Kidd in the main event. After the match, he announced that the February 18, 2024 event from RevPro would be his final event and challenged Michael Oku to defend his Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship against him on that night.

Even though Ospreay signed his contract with AEW in November at AEW Full Gear, AEW is allowing him to finish his commitments with NJPW. At NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18, Ospreay faces David Finlay and Jon Moxley in a match to crown the inaugural IWGP Global Champion.
Ospreay recently spoke about why he believes that particular championship is important and what he plans on doing should he become the inaugural IWGP Global Champion. Read his comments here.
