Christopher Daniels lost a Texas Death Match to Hangman Page on the January 18, 2025 AEW Collision.
As first reported by Fightful Select, that match was likely the final match of Christopher Daniels' legendary wrestling career. On social media, Daniels received his flowers from AEW wrestlers Will Ospreay and Lee Moriarty. Tony Khan also extended gratitude to "The Fallen Angel." Several independent wrestlers extended their heartfelt wishes towards Daniels as well.

Daniels began his career in 1993. He achieved the pinnacle of his career in ROH and TNA Wrestling. He was a three-time X-Division Champion. In ROH, he won the World Title, ROH TV Titles, and ROH Tag Team Titles.
