Will Ospreay Praises Jon Moxley For His 'Superhero Shit' Promos

Will Ospreay loves Jon Moxley's promos.

Ospreay is considered by many to be one of the best in-ring wrestlers of today, putting on classic matches against a variety of opponents. While Ospreay received praise for his NJPW Wrestling Kingdom 17 press conference promo when he stood face-to-face with Kenny Omega, he's not as highly regarded in the promo department.

Jon Moxley is highly regarded when it comes to his ability on the microphone, and he has a fan in Ospreay.

"[Moxley] did something where he's talking about he does promos and sometimes he's awake at night and he'll pace around talking about promos. I want to get that superpower. I've started understanding who I am as a person when it comes to wrestling, but I'm not very good at putting sentences together. I've never really been good at it, I think that's where I've always failed at that side of what professional wrestling is. I'm starting to get a little bit better at it, but I love how Jon puts together promos. That one where he said, 'time to be a legend,' it was after the AEW shit [AEW All Out and Brawl Out] happened. I sat there and I was like, 'that's your boy.' How have you, in all of this fucking shit, all this hot steaming shit, rallied the fucking troops again? That's some mad superhero shit," Ospreay said while speaking to Renee Paquette on The Sessions.

Ospreay commented that he sees being on the spectrum for autism as a superpower because he's able to focus on things, naming wrestling as his biggest focus.
