Will Ospreay Provides An Update After Landing On His Neck At 'Sakura Genesis'

Will says he is doing fine but only time will tell.

NJPW's 'Sakura Genesis' event was one that was filled with jam packed wrestling action. A part of what made it just that was the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship match between the champion Will Ospreay and his challenger Marty Scurll. While in the process of putting on a great match for the fans, Wil Ospreay attempted to hit a "Spanish Fly" onto Scurll on the ring apron.

"The Aerial Assassin" was not able to complete the full rotation as he ended up landing right on his neck. Ospreay was able to finish the match as he went on to retain the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title. He then went on to Twitter to provide an update for those who were concerned and noted that he may not be able to complete his scheduled dates in New Orleans this upcoming weekend.
