Willie Mack talks his frog splash and why it's better than Rob Van Dam's.
Rob Van Dam has one of the most famous examples of a frog splash in wrestling, calling his the 'five star' frog splash. Someone who decided to one up Rob was Willie Mack, who would debut his own version, the 'six star' frog splash.
While speaking to RJ City on the latest episode of Hey! (EW), Willie Mack spoke about his six star frog splash.
RJ City: "One of your finishing moves is the six-star frog splash. Why is your frog splash one star better than RVD's five-star frogs?
Willie Mack: "Because I'm big and black."
RJ City: "But don't you understand that you're skewing the whole star rating system? Five, everyone thought five was the max. Is six the max, or is there going to be some guy in Japan years from now who does a seven?"
Willie Mack: "Listen, they got it all messed up because of that Meltzer person. My six, fight me if you want to."
Mack's most recent AEW appearance came on March 1st, taking on Wheeler Yuta in singles action.
