WWE Hall Of Famer Lita Made A Surprise Appearance At Last Night's MCW 'Tag Wars' Event

Lita returns to MCW.

Last night WWE Hall Of Famer and former 4-time WWE Women's Champion Lita made a surprise appearance at Maryland Championship Wrestling's 'Tag Wars' show in Joppa, MD. In 2017 Lita made a one-night only in-ring return for MCW and teamed up with The Bruiser and The Hell Cats to take on Sean Studd, Andy Vineberg, Rayo and Jeremiah.

Jackson Drake Announced As WWE ID Prospect

Lita returned to the promotion last night for the first time since that 2017 appearance and she was not scheduled to be a part of the event nor was she advertised for it. PWInsider reported that she was in the nearby area doing a signing which allowed for MCW to bring her in.

There was a six man tag team match that featured MCW Heavyweight Champion Dante Caballero and 'The Guns 4 Hire' (Paul Jordan & Bill Collier) squaring off against Joe Keys, Bishop Khan and Malcolm Moses. The were a number of referee spots during the match and once there were no officials remaining, the WWE Hall Of Famer made her way down to the ring. While Caballero had Keys down for the count, Lita was busy interacting with the fans on the outside and by the time she got in the ring to make the count, Joe Keys recovered and kicked out at two. Dante Caballero then began going back and forth with Lita and he was eventually hit with a "Twist Of Fate" which Joe Keys capitalized on to pick up the victory for his team.

The full video can be viewed on the MCW Facebook page. Lita is delivering "Twist Of Fates" on the independent scene and will be looking to do the same when she faces Mickie James at WWE's all-women's PPV 'Evolution' on October 28th.
