Yota Tsuji: I Don't Think Kazuchika Okada Is Satisfied With Himself, Maybe He's Embarrassed To Step Into The NJPW Ring

Yota Tsuji takes a shot at Kazuchika Okada.

Kazuchika Okada was previously one of the faces of NJPW, as he won the world title seven times, among many other accolades. He left the company in February 2024 and signed with AEW. Since he joined AEW, he has turned heel and aligned with The Elite (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson). Throughout this run, he has flipped people off and cheated to win at times.

Speaking with Tokyo Sports (translation via DeepL), NJPW's Yota Tsuji brought up Kazuchika Okada's run in AEW while discussing his upcoming match with Jack Perry at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty. He questioned whether Okada was satisfied with himself and suggested that he might be embarrassed to step into the NJPW ring right now.

"I don't think he is satisfied with himself right now. I mean, you've been active in New Japan for so long, and now you're kicking him in the groin with your middle finger up. But he's embarrassed to enter the New Japan ring in that condition, so I think he's using Perry to mess with me. I'm not going to take any action. If Jack Perry loses to me, what kind of action he will take will be a measure of his caliber as a wrestler. If he doesn't take action, it means he has thrown away his pride as a wrestler into the sea of money," Tsuji said.

Okada is not currently advertised for NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty.
