Yuya Uemura became the fifth guy at NJPW Destruction in Ryogoku, joining DOUKI & Taichi against Yoshinobu Kanemaru, SHO, & Yujiro Takahashi.
Uemura scored the victory for his group, pinning Takahashi.
Just Five Guys became Just Four Guys at NJPW Destruction in Kobe when Kanemaru turned his back on Just Five Guys and joined up with House of Torture.

Uemura had been away on excursion in IMPACT Wrestling for the past year. This marked his first bout in Japan since 2021.
