Bryan Danielson has provided an update on his condition
On the June 22 episode of AEW Dynamite, Bryan Danielson came out to address his status heading into AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door and next week’s Blood & Guts. Danielson has been out of action since Double or Nothing when he was injured by Chris Jericho and Jake Hager during the Anarchy in the Arena Match.
Danielson came to the ring tonight and said that this week is a great week to be a wrestling fan. He was expecting to be a part of both Forbidden Door and Blood & Guts but unfortunately, because of Jericho and Hager, he is not cleared to compete on either show. That said, he tells the fans not to worry about him coming back. The good news is that he has found the one person he trusts to take his place at Forbidden Door and at Blood & Guts, but he won't reveal who it is until Sunday's event.
