Amanda Nunes Apologizes To Ronda Rousey

UFC 207 was the final UFC event of 2016, it was headlined by UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes demolishing former champion Ronda Rousey in just 48 seconds.

Following her victory over Rousey, Nunes had said some scathing things about the former champion in her post-fight interview.

Nunes has now taken to her Instagram to apologize to Rousey for what she said:

Nunes is the only other women’s bantamweight champion in the UFC to successfully defend her gold, Rousey was the other woman to achieve that. The other two women who held the women’s bantamweight title, Holly Holm and Miesha Tate, both lost the title in their first defenses.
