James Ellsworth has extended beyond whatever WWE is paying him. He's been a fantastic deal.
Signed out of nowhere after losing a squash match to Braun Strowman last year, Ellsworth getting his ass kicked has become a WWE European tour attraction and tradition. After months of teaming with Carmella, even she's been able to get in on the beatings. She may have given him the best Stone Cold Stunner of the Smackdown Women's roster in Padova, Italy, as well.
That was hardly the end. In Milan, Ellworth not only took Stunners, but a Worm from Naomi, Mandible Claw with Socko from rival Becky Lynch, and got kicked right square in the wiener by Carmella to set up a Superkick. No Milan Miracle for the former WWE Title challenger.
Things weren't any better for Ellsworth in Nottingham, England. Charlotte busted out a one-armed chokeslam that led to Becky Lynch's People's Elbow, a Naomi AxeKick and Spinaroonie, and a Tamina Superfly Splash.
We conclude our look at James Ellsworth's "I Got My Ass Kicked" Euro Tour 2017 in Leeds. This time, Tamina used a chokeslam to set up a Naomi leg drop. As is tradition, Carmella would finish Ellsworth off.
