UFC fighter Jessica-Rose Clark is preparing to battle Paige VanZant this weekend at UFC Fight Night St. Louis.
However, just days before the event, a saddened Clark revealed that her Las Vegas, Nevada home had been robbed and that her cat had to be put down due to the beating it got from the intruders.
Clark revealed all this through a series of Twitter posts:
Someone just broke into my house, stole all my housemates stuff, trashed the whole place, stole clothes and shoes from me

At least 3 people, one small female with her hair in a bun, reddish-blonde and two men. One white sedan and possibly a gray truck with them.
A host of people from the fighting world, including former Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion Sarah Kaufman, Kaitlin Young, UFC fighter Elias Theodorou, former UFC Heavyweight Champion Josh Barnett, Rizin fighter Gabi Garcia and a host of other have come out via Twitter to show support to Clark at this tough time.
The bout between Clark and VanZant is still scheduled to go on as of this writing.
UFC Fight Night St. Louis takes place on Sunday, January 14 from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri with Dooho Choi and Jeremy Stephens headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
